The main purpose of the exhibition is to showcase foreign developers to Ukrainians as well as to encourage them to cooperate with exhibitors. Currently, Ukrainian market hasn’t fully formed yet and of course such a narrow subject could not attract lots of clients. But all the visitors are potential buyers and therefore can be induced to buy during consultations.

Traditionally every spring and autumn the exhibition gathers specialists in this field to demonstrate current offers on residential and commercial foreign property market.

Only the strongest players remain on the market. Among them such countries as Bulgaria, Hungary, Egypt, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Cyprus, Latvia, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Croatia and Montenegro.
